Executive Principal – Leading a Christ-Centered School Community

There is a position for Executive Principal in Pretoria in a christian school. Candidate who are intetrested must have experience working in a christian school. This key leadership role requires a proven track record in senior education management, a passion for educational excellence with a deep commitment to Christian education. Responsibilities: Collaborate with church leadership, the School Council, and the school Executive to develop and implement the schools vision and strategic plan. Provide Christ-centered and biblically based servant leadership that fosters a strong spiritual ethos and discipleship culture within the school. Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic leadership, staffing, financial management, and parent/community relations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Qualifications: Willing to be an active and engaged member of Christian Church. Demonstrates a deep and active Christian faith and alignment with biblical principles for elders (1 Timothy 3:27; Titus 1:69). A proven track record of senior/executive leadership in an educational setting. PGCE and associated teaching experience (UMALUSI/SACE requirement). Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Traits: Character aligned with biblical principles. Demonstrated competence in leadership and educational management.
