Job Description

Minimum Requirements: - Completed Matric - At least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment in the BPO industry in a customer care consultant. - AT least 1 year's sales experience. - Fresh desk experience. - Clear, neutral English accent. Job Description: - Taking clients on a digital journey and supporting them. - Dealing with and queries that arise. - Dealing with clients telephonically, via email and via video. - 30-35 tickets per agent per day. - KPI: NPS 10 - KPI: 95% FCR, First Response, Resolution & CSAT SLAs
