Job Description
Job Description: Our client is a leading provider of digital forensics, cyber and information security, and incident response services. They are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and security. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and peripherals. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner. - Administer and support Office 365 applications and services. - Conduct regular maintenance and updates of operating systems and software. - Assist with mobile device management and support. - Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary. - Create and maintain documentation and reports for IT processes and incidents. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems. - Provide support desk services, including phone, email, and in-person support. Preferred Qualifications: - CompTIA Network, A, Security, or equivalent certifications. - Additional networking and/or computer certifications are a plus. - Proficiency in computer hardware and operating systems. - Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) technologies. - Experience with digital forensics, cybersecurity, or incident response is beneficial. Skills and Attributes: - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Patience and empathy when dealing with end-users. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT environments. - Punctual and reliable with a professional and neat appearance. - Must have a valid driver's license.
