Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML. - Develop custom reports and dashboards within the Odoo framework. - Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services (APIs, payment gateways). - Troubleshoot and debug Odoo-related issues. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features, best practices, and industry trends. - Ensure the quality and performance of all developed solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - A proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Qualifications : - 5 years of professional experience in Odoo development. - Strong proficiency in Python and XML. - In-depth knowledge of Odoo's architecture, modules, and APIs. - Experience with Odoo customization and module development. - Experience with database design and SQL. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Bonus Points : - Experience with Odoo Enterprise. - Experience with Odoo Studio. - Experience with JavaScript and front-end technologies. - Contributions to the Odoo community or open-source projects (ref:hirist.tech)
