This role emphasizes expertise in database development and optimization, with Java programming serving as a secondary skill. Primary Responsibilities : - Design and develop database triggers, constraints, and custom scripts to ensure efficient and reliable data management. - Work experience with PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora. - Create custom solutions to address gaps in tooling (Amazon DMS may not be the preferred be - and will need to assist custom tailoring a migration option) - Work with tools such as Hibernate, Flyway, and other JPA frameworks for database interaction and migration. - Apply a developer's mindset to implement CDK solutions, demonstrating the ability to code beyond basic administrative tasks.
