Salesforce Tech Lead - Apex/Visual Force

Job Title : Salesforce Tech Lead. Work Location : Mumbai. Job Description : We are seeking experienced Salesforce Tech Leads to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires dynamic professionals with in-depth technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including design, development, and deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. - Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs and other tools. - Optimize and maintain workflows, process automation, and customizations. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new features, enhancements, or integrations. - Guide and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. - Act as a technical advisor, challenging existing approaches and providing innovative solutions to meet business needs. Technical Skills : - 6-7 years of core Salesforce experience. - Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows/Workflows. - Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization capabilities, and limitations. - Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, and SFDX. Soft Skills : - A hustler mindset with a strong willingness to take on challenges. - Hands-on approach and flexibility to dive into coding or technical troubleshooting when required. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. - Ability to conduct POCs and present findings to stakeholders. - Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for innovation and exploration. Educational Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g, Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
