Validation Engineer - ASPICE Implementation

Job Title : Validation Engineer Leader Experience : 6-9 years Location : Pune Key Responsibilities : - Manage customer relationships, including meetings, reports, and risk management. - Define, track, and achieve software project goals and timelines. - Build technical responses for RFQs and estimate validation testing efforts. - Lead validation activities such as HIL, ECU, and conformance testing (CAN, LIN). - Troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently. - Ensure adherence to ASPICE processes, iterative lifecycle models, and quality assurance practices. - Develop software requirements specifications, architectures, and modular designs. Required Skills : - Expertise in HIL, ECU testing, and Field Bus protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS). - Proficiency in using Vector tools (CANoe, CANdela, CANdiva), CAPL scripting, VT Studio. - Strong programming skills in C and C++. - Practical understanding of digital and analog electronics. - Hands-on experience with ASPICE, software configuration, change management, and quality assurance. - Familiarity with embedded software, RTOS, and development environments like emulators and cross-compilers. - Ability to manage teams and client relationships with excellent communication skills.
