You will play a critical role in building solutions from scratch, iterating quickly, and getting them : - Develop, enhance, and maintain the Lead Management System, ensuring high throughput, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Implement and optimize Kafka for real-time messaging and data processing. - Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and SQL Server, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. - Leverage AWS services (e., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS) for building scalable cloud-based solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines to maintain high code quality standards. - Optimize system performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data and traffic. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the system remains at the forefront of innovation. Education : Bachelor's degree (B./ B.Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institute. Experience : - Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) - Hands-on experience with Hibernate or other ORM frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server. - Proficiency with Kafka for real-time messaging and stream processing. - Experience with AWS services (e., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, etc.) and cloud architecture. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plus. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus. - Solid understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and high-throughput systems. - Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (ref:hirist.tech)
