Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Retail Banking team, focusing on digital deployments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in the retail banking domain, specifically with a strong understanding of digital initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that digital solutions are implemented successfully, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities : - End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality of digital banking solutions. - Digital Delivery : Lead the successful deployment of digital solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and customer expectations. - Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage senior stakeholders across various business and technology functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. - UI/UX Evaluation : Evaluate and provide feedback on UI designs to ensure they meet the user experience standards required for digital banking platforms. - Agile Delivery : Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project progress, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. - RAID Management : Identify, assess, and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), ensuring that appropriate escalation procedures are followed. - Budget & Financial Management : Manage project budgets, monitor project financials, and ensure effective allocation and use of resources. - Problem-Solving : Analyze complex problems and come up with innovative solutions, working closely with both technical and business teams. - Delivery Governance : Ensure governance processes are followed, including regular reporting, tracking progress, and addressing challenges as they Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience, with a strong background in retail banking and digital transformations. - Industry Expertise : Extensive experience in the retail banking domain, with a focus on digital deliveries. - Agile Experience : Proven experience in Agile delivery management, including Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies. - UI/UX Evaluation : Ability to review and provide feedback on user interface (UI) designs to ensure they meet business and customer needs. - Stakeholder Management : Significant experience in managing senior stakeholders, including communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution. - Project Financials : Expertise in managing project budgets and financials, ensuring efficient resource utilization. - Leadership Skills : Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring experience. - Prior HSBC Experience (Preferred) : Experience working in or with HSBC or similar financial institutions is & Competencies : - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to successful completion. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight & Certification : - A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) are an advantage.
