Solution Architect - Java

Experience : 12-15 Years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and payment technology, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Solution Design : Design and propose comprehensive solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging Java and/or payment technology expertise. - Architecture Development : Develop and maintain the overall architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices. - Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams, to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance. - Solution Implementation : Work closely with development teams to ensure solution implementation aligns with the designed architecture. - Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Innovation : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones. Requirements : - Strong experience in Java and/or payment technology, with a deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices. - Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, with a strong understanding of architecture principles and patterns. - Excellent technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams Preferred Qualifications : - Relevant certifications, such as Java Certified Architect or Payment Card Industry (PCI) certification. - Experience in the payments or financial services industry. - Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban (ref:hirist.tech)
