Job Title : Sr. .NET Developer Location : Pune (On-site) Experience : 4 years Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Salary : Up to 14 LPA Job Description : We are seeking experienced and qualified Sr. .NET Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in IT (BE.IT) or BSc.(Computers), along with 4 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Developer. As a Sr. .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will also be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient development and deployment of applications. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities : Development & Coding : - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies including C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Web API, and LINQ. - Develop and integrate RESTful Web Services and SOAP APIs. - Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges. - Develop frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferably with jQuery). Architecture & Design : - Participate in the design and implementation of system architecture for web applications. - Implement Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), with strong experience in Web API and RESTful services. Database & Query Management : - Work with MS-SQL Server, writing complex queries, managing data migrations, and optimizing database performance. - Utilize Entity Framework for object-relational mapping. Version Control & DevOps : - Work with Git (GitHub, Azure Repositories) for version control, including managing branches, pull requests, and repositories. - Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket. Team Handling & Mentorship : - Lead and mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed. - Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. Continuous Improvement : - Participate in code reviews, suggest improvements, and ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, design, and architecture. - Ensure robust testing practices for development activities and collaborate with QA teams for test case creation and execution. Required Skills & Experience : - 4 years of experience in .NET development, including : - C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Web API. - Experience with LINQ, Entity Framework, Unity (DI). - Strong knowledge of SQL and MS-SQL Server. - Experience in developing responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - 1 year of experience working with Git (GitHub, Azure Repositories) for version control, including the use of pull requests, branches, and repositories. - Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients. - Team handling capabilities, with a proven track record of mentoring junior developers. Preferred Skills : - Experience working with Azure (especially with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and Azure Repositories). - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Knowledge of best practices for scalable web development, security, and performance optimization.
