Role : Project/Program Manager Domain : Wealth Management Experience : 9 Yrs Location : Kharadi, Pune Mode : Work from Office - All 5 days Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days only Interview : L1 - Virtual / L2 - Virtual or F2F Roles & Responsibilities : - 15 years of experience in program management, preferably in wealth management for financial services or fintech organizations. - Proven track record of leading complex program of digital transformation, multi-functional programs with cross-departmental collaboration in regulated environments. - Expert in scope, schedule, critical path analysis cost, risk, budget, and stakeholder management. - Must have experience in handling full cycle of wealth management in Digital transformation area. - Understanding scoping and scheduling related to integrating third-party systems via APIs, including brokerage systems, market data providers, and CRMs. - Agile and waterfall project management experience, including managing sprint cycles, backlog prioritization, and leading cross-functional teams. - Experience in managing projects in offshore and onsite models. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning technical and business goals. - Proven expertise in identifying Project Risks, contingency & Mitigation plan. - Expertise in managing projects issues and action trackers - Experience in managing Senior stakeholders and C-Suite with managing steerco (ref:hirist.tech)
