Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using a modern technology stack (Spring Boot, NodeJS, NxJS, React, PostgreSQL, AWS). - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Contribute to continuous improvement by exploring and implementing new technologies and best practices. - Work closely with the Operations team to understand their needs and gather feedback for improvement. - Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. - Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team (ref:hirist.tech)
