Destm Technologies - Technical Delivery Team Manager - Frontend Architecture

We are in search of a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in Frontend development to lead our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities : Project Management & Delivery : - Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and within budget. - Define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. - Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and issues effectively. Team Leadership & Collaboration : - Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams with a focus on frontend technologies. - Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure team productivity and growth. - Coordinate with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Technical Expertise : - Provide guidance on best practices in frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design. - Stay updated with the latest frontend frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive innovation. - Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases. Stakeholder Management : - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project updates and deliverables. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals. - Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders effectively. Quality Assurance : - Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to organizational processes. - Implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies. Required Skill and Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager in React.js development projects. - Extensive knowledge of React.js and related technologies. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices. - Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). - Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience in managing distributed or remote teams. - Work Mode: Onsite/Remote/Hybrid.
