Senior Product Designer - Figma/Sketch

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with extensive experience working in global B2C or B2B SaaS product companies . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences that meet the needs of diverse users across multiple regions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to craft user-centric solutions that align with our business goals while elevating the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities : - Design Leadership : Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivering polished designs. - User Research : Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across global markets. - Interaction Design : Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and refine ideas based on feedback. - UI/UX Excellence : Design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. - Global Perspective : Account for cultural and regional differences in user behavior to deliver inclusive and effective design solutions. - Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain a robust design system that ensures consistency across all product touchpoints. - Data-Driven Iteration : Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously optimize designs and improve user Roadmap for D2C ensuring design tasks are prioritised in line with the agreed product goals and metrics. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of design patterns, best practices, and standards for both iOS and Android : - Experience : 5 years as a product designer in a global B2C or B2B SaaS product company. - Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and measurable impacts on user engagement or business metrics. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure. - UX Expertise : Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design best practices. - Global Design Perspective : Experience designing for users in multiple regions, with an understanding of localization and cultural nuances. - Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas effectively and advocate for user-centric solutions. - Team Player : Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Analytical Mindset : Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to inform design decisions.
