Senior Full Stack Developer - MySQL/React.js

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of high-quality, bug-free software solutions. You will collaborate closely with other members of the development and QA teams throughout the entire software development : Development & Implementation : - Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Node.js, NestJS, and related technologies. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring robust security measures. - Build and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS. - Work with SQL (MSSQL, MySQL), ORM, and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and & Communication : - Actively participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide concise daily status reports. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge base. - Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Assist with technical documentation and knowledge sharing. - Consult with QA staff on testing strategies for specific work items. Support & Maintenance : - Work closely with the support team to resolve production issues promptly and effectively. - Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Participate in on-call rotation for production support as needed. Continuous Improvement : - Contribute to the success of the organization by actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency. - Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry best practices. - Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve code quality, performance, and : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8-10 years of professional software development and testing experience with Node.js, NestJS, and related technologies. - Proven experience with REST API development and security best practices. - Strong proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development. - Experience working with SQL (MSSQL, MySQL), ORM, and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Experience with Azure cloud development is a significant plus. - Proven experience in product development and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (ref:hirist.tech)
