AEM Technical Lead

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and motivated AEM Technical Lead with strong experience in authoring and managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM architecture, development practices, and project management. As an AEM Tech Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AEM solutions, ensuring best practices in content management, scalability, and performance. This position demands both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the development team and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end execution of AEM projects, ensuring all milestones are met according to project timelines. - Monitor and manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion - Manage AEM authoring environment, ensuring efficient and smooth content creation and publishing workflows. - Ensure content authoring tools are user-friendly and optimized for editorial teams, including managing permissions and workflows. - Coordinate with business users and content teams to improve content management processes and ensure the accuracy of content delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to AEM. - Foster collaboration between developers, designers, and business stakeholders to create integrated, seamless solutions. - Communicate technical issues, risks, and dependencies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 8 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior developer role. - Proven experience in authoring and managing AEM projects, including content management, workflow, and integration. - Experience working with AEM's various modules such as AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Cloud Manager (ref:hirist.tech)
