Senior Odoo Developer

Job Description : - Provide leadership in designing and developing custom Odoo applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability. - Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to identify and implement innovative solutions. - Oversee the complete lifecycle of Odoo applications, from initial design and development to ongoing maintenance and upgrades for optimal performance. - Take a proactive role in troubleshooting and efficiently resolving technical issues during development and maintenance phases to ensure a seamless user experience. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and development within the Odoo development domain. - Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Odoo framework and related technologies, incorporating new knowledge into ongoing projects. - Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Skills : - Strong proficiency in advanced Python programming and related concepts. - In-depth understanding of the Odoo framework, including ORM, Q-web, and other key components. - Proven experience in developing custom solutions for Odoo, from version 10 to the latest release. - Excellent debugging skills, specifically within the Odoo environment. - Proficient in handling the Odoo front-end, including working with XML and JavaScript. - Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Experience working with Linux-based operating systems (ref:hirist.tech)
