Business Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities : - Lead highly matrixed global data analytics team - Partner closely with US based leaders to develop recruiting, hiring, training, and talent development strategy - Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics - Active & direct participation in development activities of product and solutions - Be able to partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysis - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications : - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 12 years of total experience and 2 years in leading matrixed data analytics team - 4 years of total experience in Tableau or Power BI - 4 years of total experience in SQL / Snowflake - Experience building a new team (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training etc.) - Experience leading reporting / analytics team within one of the pillars : Pharmacy, PBM, US Healthcare - Experience with data manipulation and ETL software such as Alteryx, SSIS, etc. - Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies - Proven solid verbal and written communication skills - Proven solid attention to detail - Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and change (ref:hirist.tech)
