AWS/Cloud Engineer - CI/CD Tools

Role : AWS Cloud Devops Engineer Location : Pune and Gurgram Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS Cloud Devops Engineer with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools to join our team for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS troubleshooting within a production environment, along with a strong understanding of Kubernetes and networking concepts. This role requires an individual who is AWS & CCNA certified, with additional experience in scripting and automation. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and monitoring tools such as Grafana is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities : - EKS & Node Group Management : Creation and upgrade of Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) clusters and Node Groups. - AWS Troubleshooting : Hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of issues in a production AWS environment. - Kubernetes Operations : Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes pods, deployments, and cron jobs. - Application Deployment/Upgrade : Oversee application deployments and upgrades within AWS environments. - CI/CD : Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Git, and other automation tools. - Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiencies, with experience in tools like Python (CKPython is a plus). - Utilize Grafana for monitoring and generating performance reports. Required Qualifications : - AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification. - CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate). - Hands-on experience with EKS, Kubernetes, and AWS networking in a production environment. - Experience in application deployment and upgrades within cloud environments. - Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Git, and other related technologies. - Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar). - Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud-based environments. - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana. Preferred Skills : - CKPython knowledge is an added advantage. - Automation expertise with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar. - Knowledge of AWS Lambda and other AWS services related to automation. Personal Attributes : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
