Job Title : Lead Embedded Software Engineer Location : Chennai/ Bangalore Experience : 5 to 12 years Key Responsibilities : - Design and Development : Develop high-quality embedded software solutions tailored for infotainment systems, ensuring seamless integration with the underlying OS and hardware. - Prototyping : Build quick proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-grade implementations. - Leadership : Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their technical growth and guiding them in solution development. - Hands-on Contribution : Take a hands-on approach to coding and lead by example, following best practices in software development and CI/CD methodologies. - Agile Development : Operate in a highly iterative Agile (Scrum) environment, delivering significant functionality in each sprint. - Collaboration : Work collaboratively in a diverse team environment to deliver customer-focused features. - End-to-End Ownership : Own the delivery of features from concept to production, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability. - Product Collaboration : Work closely with product owners to shape and deliver features that meet customer needs.
