Fire and Security Service Manager

Role: Fire and Security Service Manager Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Car or Car Allowance Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Manager in Milton Keynes to oversee the service and maintenance delivery of fire and security systems, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across multiple projects. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the Project Delivery team. Serve as the key liaison between engineers, clients, and the office, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Manage the delivery of service and maintenance, ensuring it meets quality standards and is delivered on time. Review and approve new project deliverables. Conduct site and activity management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee team performance and conduct performance reviews to drive development and success. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience and Certifications Required: Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical and/or management role. Strong knowledge of the fire and security industry, including products and applications. Experience working on tools in the industry. Management qualifications are essential. Health and Safety qualifications (SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH) are required. First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake). NSI audit training or knowledge of applicable industry standards for fire and security systems.
