Position: Maintenance Plumber Location: Coventry Salary: £40,000 per annum basic Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week On-call Rotation: 1 in 5 weeks Standby Pay: £150 per week Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided Location Scope: All work is local within Coventry We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join a rapidly growing Building Services Company on a permanent basis, dedicated to maintaining leisure centre sites across Coventry. Given the specific nature of these buildings, a successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS check upon receiving a job offer. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pipes, fixtures, and water systems. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed. Work with team members and clients to resolve plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs. Qualifications: Level 3 Plumbing desirable Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
