HR Advisor Hinckley £35,000 Are you a passionate HR Advisor, looking for an exciting new role? Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for HR Advisors to work with one of their well-established clients based in Hinckley. This role requires you to work within a team providing legally compliant Employment Law & ER advice to clients by telephone and email. Principle Responsibilities for the HR Advisor: Provide legally compliant advice and HR assistance to clients by telephone and email for matters such as disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, TUPE, redundancy and recruitment. Actively own ER cases to resolution, building a rapport and relationships with clients with each interaction whilst advising, assisting, and guiding the clients with all employment law and HR enquiries Provide a range of compliant solutions to clients ensuring any risk is effectively communicated Person Specification for the HR Advisor: Strong knowledge of Employment Law ER case experience – 1 year minimum Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines. Ability to learn, research and interpret law quickly and effectively. This is a full time permanent HR Advisor position, offering an annual salary of £35k. The company have fantastic benefits including continuous development, training, progression, and frequent salary reviews (every 6 months). Successful HR Advisors have the potential to reach a salary of £43,000 in 2 years by hitting KPI’s and SLA’s.
