To be considered for this role you must be A results driven property professional with a deep understanding of the Lettings market. You will need to be able to thrive in high pressure environments, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and are adept at building and maintaining client relationships. Senior Lettings Negotiator duties: Secure listing agreements with Landlords and Vendors. Coordinate property appraisals and ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and administrative teams to optimise service. Achieve monthly and annual targets. Track listing performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
