We are seeking dedicated English and Maths Intervention Teachers to work with low ability groups in a range of schools across the Bristol area. Why Teach Intervention? Impactful Work: Support students who need tailored intervention to overcome learning challenges, including those with behaviour issues Variety of Schools: Work across a diverse range of schools in the Bristol area, each with its own unique environment and student needs Flexible Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available to suit your availability and preferences Supportive Environment: Join a team committed to student success, with a focus on personalised learning and behaviour management Key Responsibilities of an Intervention Teacher: Deliver targeted intervention sessions to students in English and/or Maths, helping to raise achievement and confidence Work with low ability groups and manage challenging behaviour, ensuring students receive the support they need to improve Monitor progress and adjust lesson plans to address specific needs Collaborate with teachers and school staff to share insights and ensure effective interventions Requirements for an Intervention Teacher: Experienced English or Maths teachers or tutors with a strong understanding of intervention strategies Patience and the ability to engage students with behavioural challenges in a constructive and positive way.
