Job Description The Registration Manager oversees all operational aspects of event registration, ensuring a seamless experience for delegates and stakeholders alike. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage registration platforms, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver insightful reports that contribute to the success of AFR Live’s events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for events and a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the registration process, including delegate registration, customer service for both live and virtual events, and managing registration platforms such as EventsAir. Work closely with Program Directors, Marketing, Partnerships, Editorial, and other internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Provide timely and effective customer service Manage on-site registration and check-in Produce post-event reports and analyse feedback to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and trends in event registration Qualifications Experience with event registration systems (e.g. EventsAir). Previous experience in the events industry, particularly in registration and customer service. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders. A friendly and professional interpersonal style with a knack for connecting with people Desirable: Degree in Event Management or a related field (not essential). Proficiency with G-Suite and Office Suite. An interest in business, finance, or politics, with relevant education or training.
