Community Care Solicitor

SENIOR ROLE - BRILLIANT FIRM: We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in Community Care to join a substantial regional firm at a senior level. Requirements:- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in community care law (or demonstrable equivalent experience). Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and the Children Act 1989. Experience handling judicial reviews or similar complex legal processes. Excellent client care skills, with the ability to work compassionately and professionally with vulnerable individuals. Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills. Proactive and able to manage a diverse caseload independently. A team player with a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
