Financial Regulatory Solicitor (2-5 PQE) - London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Financial Regulatory Solicitor to join a prominent law firm in London. About the Role: Position: Join a well-regarded financial services regulatory team, advising a range of clients on domestic and cross-border financial regulation. Location: London Key Responsibilities: Provide expert non-contentious advice on various UK and EU financial services regulations. Advise clients in diverse financial sectors such as banks, broker-dealers, asset managers. Assist clients with regulatory aspects of M&A, distressed scenarios, the development of financial products, and digital assets. Engage with regulatory authorities and assist clients in establishing new entities, business lines, or managing supervisory processes. What We Are Looking For: 2-5 years PQE with relevant UK financial regulatory experience. Strong expertise in providing day-to-day regulatory advice, particularly related to financial transactions, payments, fintech, and insurance. Ability to manage both internal and external client relationships effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills to fit into a collaborative team.
