If so, we want to hear from you About the Residential Property Solicitor position: Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage a varied conveyancing caseload covering: Freehold & Leasehold transactions Sales & Purchases Re-mortgages Shared Ownership Schemes Rights to Buy Transfer of Equity Lease Extensions The ideal candidate for this Residential Property Solicitor positionwill have: 2 years PQE in residential property law A proven ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in line with the SRA Code of Conduct Strong client care skills and excellent communication abilities Effective business development and marketing strategies to help drive growth Up-to-date knowledge and skills with CPD, in compliance with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards Case management experience in conveyancing Leadership qualities to supervise and train team members in conveyancing team Ready to Make Your Next Move in Residential Property law?
