Year 5/6 Teacher (Full-Time, Summer Term 2025) Position: Year 5/6 Teacher Location: Northwood . Hertfordshire Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (Summer Term, April 2025 - July 2025) Paid to scale Start Date: After Easter Holidays 2025 End Date: July 2025 (with the opportunity to extend) Are you an enthusiastic and passionate educator looking for a new challenge? TimePlan Education are seeking a dedicated Year 5/6 Teacher to join for the Summer Term of 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support our pupils during a critical stage of their learning journey. About the Role: Start Date: Following the Easter Holidays, 2025. Duration: Fixed term, until the end of the academic year in July 2025. Extension Opportunity: There may be potential for the role to be extended into the next academic year. Key Responsibilities: Teach and inspire Year 5 and Year 6 pupils. Deliver a creative and engaging curriculum to prepare pupils for the next stage of their education. Provide support and guidance during the transition to secondary school (Year 6). Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages all learners to achieve their potential. About You: A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 and/or Year 6). A strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly in core subjects. Passionate about nurturing young minds and committed to excellence in education. A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. Flexible, adaptable, and ready to make a positive impact in a short-term role
