Commercial Gas / Heating Maintenance Engineer

In short we are looking for a commercial gas / heating / combustion engineer to carry out servicing and reactive maintenance across commercial heating gas appliances / burners for retail stores in the North West and North Wales for a large UK wide retailer. You must have your commercial gas ACS qualifications and have a UK driving licence. The Company: A global Facilities Management (FM) and Property Management Company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression. The Role: Working exclusively across one contract, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of all commercial heating plant across numerous retail sites between Stoke, Blackpool, Oldham and North Wales. You will also carry out some general site PPM's however this will be minimal. Excellent opportunities exist for career advancement. The Person: It is essential that you are a qualified commercial gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment. Salary and Package: Basic Salary up to £45k, private use of the van, 30 mins each way travel, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension. There is no call out at the moment but this could be introduced at some point next year
