Remote Working Fire Protection Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Logical are working with a growing fire protection company who are looking for a QS/Estimator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The projects you will be working on include social housing, schools, hospitals, care homes and student accommodation. This is a full remote working position but you must be open to travelling nationwide as you will need to travel to site as and when. Must have: Significant experience in Fire Doors and Fire Stopping Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of five years in the Fire Industry. A recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying is required. Proficiency in IT applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is necessary, with knowledge of Sales force or CRM systems being advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a driven, goal-oriented attitude. Basic Health & Safety knowledge is also required. This is a very exciting role for someone wanting to progress as they are looking for someone to move into a commercial manager role within the next 2-3 years.
