Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the curriculum framework (US, British, or other relevant curricula). Use innovative teaching methods, including educational technology, to enhance student learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Foster creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum initiatives and cross-curricular strategies. Participate actively in extracurricular activities, school events, and community engagement programs. Contribute to the professional development of the school by attending meetings, sharing expertise, and supporting new initiatives. Maintain high standards of behavior, engagement, and academic achievement in the classroom. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject area. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an international or multicultural setting. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in using technology and blended learning practices. Desirable: Experience teaching specific curricula (e.g., US, British).
