A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. The Quantity Surveyors' role This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to contribute to some of the UK's most prestigious retail and commercial projects, working with renowned blue-chip clients nationwide. As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering a range of cost management services on high-profile projects. Your responsibilities will include cost planning, procurement, preparing bills of quantities, conducting feasibility studies, contract administration, cost reporting, and acting as Employers' Agent. Joining a supportive and collaborative team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will provide expert advice, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
