This role is based in the East Midlands In this position you’ll specialise in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. Ideal Requirements for a Staff Nurse NMC Registered General Nurse Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care. Excellent English communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team. Role Responsibilities for a Staff Nurse Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems. Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients. Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented. Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
