This role involves managing costs across new-build and refurbishment residential projects. You’ll oversee budgets, subcontractor procurement, and valuations to ensure financial success. In this position, you will prepare detailed cost forecasts, manage payment applications, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. You’ll also provide valuable input during project planning stages to ensure cost efficiency from the outset.
