This leading Top Global firm is recruiting for a Real Estate Disputes Associate. You will be dealing with and advising on matters covering all aspects of commercial real estate disputes such as: · Acting for the team's core client base of leading institutional investors, private equity houses, lenders and others on all aspects of contentious landlord and tenant and real property matters. · Advising on development related disputes and potentially other specialist areas including real estate insolvency, professional negligence and building defects claims. · Advising independently on smaller/medium sized matters and performing a lead associate role supporting partners and senior team members on larger matters including trials.
