The firm are open to looking at people ideally 1-2 PQE but will consider more experienced. Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of Employment matters to include but not limited to: Disputes with your employer Unfair dismissal Constructive dismissal Redundancy Settlement Agreements Grievances Disciplinary ACAS Early Conciliation (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) Changes to terms & conditions Restrictive covenants Discrimination Bullying & harassment Maternity, Paternity, and Family Issues Directors’ disputes Legal Expenses Insurance The firm offer a competitive salary and benefits package alongside a supportive and collaborative work environment.
