Architect Job based in Brighton, Sussex Architect job in Brighton joining an established practice in Brighton, this role would see you working on stage 3 onward of large-scale residential projects. The Brighton studio was established in the mid-'90s and has a strong portfolio primarily consisting of conservation, higher education, and residential works across the Southeast, Currently, there are 10 of them situated in Brighton Studio but overall there are over 45 employees with expansion plans for the Brighton studio over the next year due to increased workload. Architects and Architectural Technicians are also encouraged to apply to the role with the relevant experience. Role & Responsibilities Production of design and technical drawings packages Using Revit daily Working with the team in a collaborative manner Reporting to senior/associate members of staff Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed Attending site visits when required. Required Skills & Experience 2 years post-qualification experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role Previous experience working on Residential projects is desirable Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines Good understanding of the UK building regulations Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
