The site offers free parking and access to local shops. This role is £19 per hour. A Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) in the UK acts as a key point of contact between tenants and housing associations, or construction companies, particularly during repairs, renovations, or regeneration projects. Their main responsibilities include: Tenant Communication & Support Acting as the main point of contact for tenants during construction or maintenance work. Explaining the scope and timeline of works to tenants in a clear and accessible way. Addressing tenant concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.
