Business Development Manager (Solar) – Overview We are working with an established and successful Renewable Energy company based in Staffordshire who deliver energy and sustainability solutions for customers across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Solar Business Development Manager to join the team, focusing on pricing, procurement, operations, and project delivery of all domestic and commercial solar installations. As Business Development Manager you will play a key role in the companies next stage of expansion. Following a strong 2024, they have expanded their labour force and are intent on winning new commercial tenders to continue business growth. You will be focusing on new domestic & commercial Solar PV & Batter Storage projects, they currently target industries such as Healthcare premises, leisure sites such as Gyms, Hotels, Pubs, Museums and other commercial sites such as Football Stadiums. You will be working on the lead generation and tender stage and will also have a hand in project management from design stage through to Installation and travelling to customer sites for site surveys and installation progress review. As the business continues to expand, you will play a key part in this. This will allow you opportunities for advancement within the business as it grows. This is a mobile role, mostly focused around the Midlands area so some travel will be required. They company provide a vehicle with all expenses paid, a full UK driving licence is required. Business Development Manager – Requirements • Experience in the bidding and tendering of domestic & commercial Solar PV Projects. • Being familiar with design tools such as PV SOL / Solar Edge / Easy PV / CAD • Identifying and generating leads for the sale of Solar PV & Battery Storage • Full UK Driving Licence Business Development Manager – Salary & Remuneration • Salary £45k – £50k plus uncapped bonus • Company Vehicle & Fuel Card. • Mon - Fri 9-5 • Flexible Working • Company Laptop, Mobile Phone Printer • Pension • Holiday - 21 Days annual leave Bank Holidays • Life and Medical Insurance • Health Care Plans
