Conveyancer/Legal Executive, East Midlands - Are you a Conveyancer/Legal Executive keen to hit the ground running within a busy property team? JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancers/Legal Executives LOCATION: East Midlands SALARY: Dependant on experience OVERVIEW: • Suitable candidates will be either a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role • You will have sound knowledge of plot sales conveyancing transactions from inception through to post completion • Experience dealing with site acquisition and setup, and infrastructure and planning work • You will have confidence working autonomously, excellent time management and self-motivation • Comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals • Competitive salary and benefits package to include, free onsite parking, Fee earner bonus and attendance bonus scheme eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
