Work closely with Key Children, maintaining accurate observations and records of their development. Collaborate with Room Leaders to deliver exceptional early years education. Communicate effectively with parents through our Satchel app, meetings, and reports. Attend training, team meetings, and nursery events to further enrich your skills and contributions. What We’re Looking For A full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or Level 3 Strong communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
