Now that you know about us, let's tell you about the Media Manager role we're looking to fill; The purpose of the Media Manager is to lead the day-to-day client relationship as well as lead the implementation planning and activation of your clients’ campaign activity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Craft (Planning and implementation) Own the media planning and buying across your client’s campaigns Deliver strong media implementation planning capabilities across all channels. In collaboration with the director, manage the media briefing and response evaluation process. Oversee the implementation of your campaigns end to end. Collaborate closely with the Performance and Planning Team to implement best practices and drive optimal results. Use implementation planning tools like Roy Morgan, AQX, Comms point journey & influence, Attention Planner, to identify insights that influence media planning. Maintain knowledge of all media vendor offerings, as well as monitoring and reporting to the broader team on prevailing market conditions and opportunities. Demonstrate understanding of media effective principles by completing the Media Effectiveness Training session. Client (Service & management) Demonstrate a deep understanding of your client’s business, category context and deliverables. Build and maintain strong partnership relationships with your clients at the manager or senior manager level. Ensure client expectations are managed and media delivery performance is clearly communicated. Management of the client administration including WIPs, contact reports and timeline management. People (Management & Development): Confident in managing cross functional direct reports With the support of your director, manage the workflow and quality of deliverables across the team. With support of your director manage the training and development for junior members in the team Commercial: Responsible for all campaign related financial tasks and processes This includes closing AQ’s on time, invoicing, and reporting accuracy.
