WelcomeToCognizant Join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure and Terraform Engineer where you’ll leverage your hands-on experience with GCP services, Terraform deployment templates, and scripting languages like bash and Python. You’ll manage cloud infrastructure, ensure security with IAM, and work with Kubernetes and containerization, all while staying at the forefront of cloud technology. Responsibilities · Hands on experience in various administrative activities on cloud using cloud Shell (including cloud commands on GCP will be good) · Concept of least privilege on Clouds (GCP/AWS/etc.) and IAM · Knowledge of Billing Accounts Organization and Projects · Knowledge of Service accounts impersonation of service accounts · Knowledge of Pub sub topics and Subscriptions · Knowledge of ACL in Compute engines projects and buckets · Knowledge of VM image creation and Deletion as well as migration · Advanced understanding of GCP logs and steps to capture (including HAR logs log analytics etc.) · Advanced understanding of concepts of containerization and Kubernetes (pods nodes clusters and basic kubectl commands) · Advanced understanding of debugging and usage using kubectl commands for managing Kubernetes clusters · Advanced understanding of working of various APIs and integration with backend services · Certifications Required · Preferably have a GCP Cloud Solution Architect certification Qualifications · Should have hands on experience of managing GCP services such as GCE GKE IAM GCS and other commonly used services before · Should have 2-3 years of experience in building deploying and debugging Terraform deployment templates in a Cloud Environment · Should have good knowledge on VM images (good to have GCE experience) types OS UNIX and LINUX OS · Hands on experience with Scripting languages such as bash shell or Python · Preferably have a GCP Cloud Solution Architect certification Why Cognizant?
