WelcomeToCognizant We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Solution Validation Consultant to join our growing team. In this critical role you will leverage your technical expertise and operational acumen to analyze and validate complex solutions ensuring optimal performance and efficiency before deployment. Responsibilities · Analyze and critique technical architecture diagrams identifying potential issues and completeness · Possess a deep understanding of underlying infrastructure components and how they fit together to create a complete infrastructure stack · Provide constructive and actionable feedback on proposed solutions infrastructure completeness using a blend of pre-defined templates and independent analysis. · Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to solution design. Ie AI and LLM Managed Security multi-cloud SaaS tenancy pricing models etc. · Basic understanding of financial concepts like Gross Transaction Value billing frequency revenue disbursements · Demonstrate strong proficiency in navigating multiple ticketing systems and efficiently managing high case volume. · Understand the rationale behind established operational procedures considering the backend logic and automation in place. · Maintain a customer-centric approach ensuring clear and professional communication with all stakeholders. · Deliver clear and concise presentations on intricate solution architecture details (GVC email) to diverse audiences (founders developers finance business and technical stakeholders). · Navigate policy limitations with professionalism and tact. · Effectively translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences Qualifications · Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). · Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or solution architect role. · Minimum of 2 years Operational experience. · Strong understanding of technical architecture principles and infrastructure components. · Proven ability to analyze complex information and provide insightful feedback. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. · Certifications Required · Preferably have a GCP Cloud Solution Architect certification Why Cognizant?
