WelcomeToCognizant We are seeking a Cloud Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP and AWS. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. The Cloud administrator will play a crucial role in various administrative activities on the cloud Responsibilities Hands-on experience in various administrative activities on the cloud using cloud Shell (including cloud commands on GCP will be good) Concept of the least privilegeon Clouds (GCP/AWS/etc.) and IAM Knowledge of Billing Accounts Organization and Projects Knowledge of Service accounts impersonation Knowledge of Pub sub-topics and Subscriptions Knowledge of ACL in Compute engines projects and buckets Knowledge of VM image creation and Deletion as well as migration Understanding of GCP logs and steps to capture (including HAR logs log analytics etc.) Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization concepts (pods nodes clusters and basic kubectl commands) Experience debugging and usage using kubectl commands for managing Kubernetes clusters Good knowledge of how different APIs operate and how to integrate them with backend services Qualifications Should have hands-on experience in managing GCP services such as GCE GKE IAM GCS and other commonly used services before Should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building deploying and debugging issues around Helm Charts and Docker images on the Cloud Hands-on experience with Scripting languages such as bash shell or Python Understanding of usage of Cloud APIs and integration Preferably have a GCP Cloud Solution Architect certification Why Cognizant?
