We specialize in empowering businesses through innovative technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for data visualization and insights. We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong SQL expertise and at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Fabric to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities : Power BI Development : - Design and develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. - Create custom visualizations and data models to meet business requirements. - Implement row-level security and configure user roles for data access. Data Integration with Microsoft Fabric : - Leverage Microsoft Fabric tools for data integration, modeling, and preparation. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to access data from sources like Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other data systems. - Optimize datasets for Power BI using Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering capabilities. SQL Development and Data Modeling : - Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction (DAX),, transformation, and analysis. - Develop and maintain relational and dimensional data models to support analytics needs. - Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries to ensure high performance. Data Analysis and Insights : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power BI. - Generate actionable insights through visual storytelling and data-driven analysis. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : - Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users for Power BI reports and dashboards. Performance Optimization : - Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance, scalability, and usability. - Monitor and enhance the performance of data models and dashboards within Microsoft Fabric. Documentation and Reporting : - Create and maintain documentation for Power BI dashboards, data models, and processes. - Prepare reports and analytics summaries for stakeholders and leadership teams. Qualifications : Required : - 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with strong expertise in data visualization and reporting. - Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric tools, including data engineering and analytics. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas. - Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculations and measures in Power BI. Preferred : - Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or other Azure data services. - Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices. - Experience with Power BI Service, including deployment and workspace management. - Understanding of data governance and security practices, including RLS (Row-Level Security).
