HR Advisor

In this role you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to the people managers across this fantastic business. Maintaining the people related policies. Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives. Providing ER advice such as absence and/or performance improvement. Checking the monthly payroll submission. As an individual you will have the following skills and experience: HR and Employment legislation exposure. Have a driving license and access to a vehicle. Recruitment experience. Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment. Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
