Job Description

Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with our client in the search for an HR Advisor to join the team at their Portsmouth HQ, on a hybrid basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to the people managers across this fantastic business. This role is offered on a permanent basis and offers a competitive salary on par with the industry average. There is also a number of great benefits, including; up to 15% pension contribution, life assurance, private medical, enhanced maternity & paternity pay, and even more Some key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people. Maintaining the people related policies. Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives. Providing ER advice such as absence and/or performance improvement. Checking the monthly payroll submission. As an individual you will have the following skills and experience: HR and Employment legislation exposure. Have a driving license and access to a vehicle. Recruitment experience. Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment. Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
